Most orders are shipped from our logistics partners within the EU. Some items may be shipped from other warehouses depending on availability, but all shipments include full tracking.
The standard shipping time within Spain is 3 to 7 business days .
However, our logistics partner always does its best to deliver your package in less than 48 hours , provided availability and your area allow it.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed . Once packaged or shipped, they can no longer be cancelled.
To maintain competitive prices and quality products, all sales are final .

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days by sending your order number and a photo.
We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
