Returns and Refunds Policy – UTiliTO

At UTiliTO, we want your shopping experience to be fast, clear, and secure. Although we operate with a hybrid model and incur additional costs to ensure your orders arrive as quickly as possible, we continue to apply a transparent and fair returns policy in accordance with Spanish and European Union regulations.

1. Return period

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to request a return.

2. Product conditions

To accept a return, the product must be:

  • In its original, unused condition .
  • With all accessories , manuals and original packaging.
  • In condition suitable for resale.

Returns of used products are not accepted for hygiene or safety reasons.

3. Non-refundable products

  • Personal hygiene products.
  • Items that have been installed or handled.
  • Used electronic products.

4. Process for requesting a refund

  • Send your request to: support@utilito.es
  • Include: order number, reason and product photos (if applicable).
  • Our team will send you the return instructions

5. Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless:

  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product is not what you ordered.

In those cases, UTiliTO assumes the cost of the replacement or return.

6. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the product, we will process your refund within 3 to 7 business days to the same payment method used.

7. Product Exchanges

Changes are subject to availability.
If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued on our website.

8. Undelivered or rejected packages

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or customer refusal, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
